Double L Rental attempts to ensure affordability for your event
without sacrificing quality or service. "Every customer is our
only customer!"
Rental prices are by
event, not by day. In most cases we try to have your tent set at
least 1 day prior to the event.
All rental prices
include:

Setup
- þ
Take down
- þ
Delivery
- þ
Standard sidewall for all 4 sides of the tent.
(Cathedral
sidewall available for an extra charge.)
Tent reservation
requires 50% deposit. Any cancellations of 7 days or less will result
in a 10% service charge.
As with any outdoor
event, weather is always an unpredictable factor. Double L Rental
will do everything possible to ensure a festive event, but we cannot control
the weather. Unfortunately, Mother Nature will not honor all of our
requests!
